Required Qualifications
- Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in contracts - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years // In lieu of degree 9 years (experience)
- Level 4: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years - OR - Master's degree with 6+ years // In lieu of degree 12 years (experience)
- Demonstrated people leadership and/or supervisory/management experience preferred (experience)
Responsibilities
- Prioritize proposal activities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate provisions
- Serve as key business advisor to program managers on contractual and operational matters
- Oversee all phases of contract administration process
- Plan and execute successful contract negotiations achieving targeted profit rates
- Build customer intimacy despite geographical separation
- Make decisions under tight deadlines and pressure
- Work collaboratively with technical, program, finance, global supply chain, trade compliance
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and documentation
