Plan and execute the program lifecycle, including major program milestones / reviews (e.g., SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, peer reviews, Pre-test reviews, Post Test Reviews, Pre-Ship reviews, Etc.) Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements. Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle, collaborating across an entire portfolio of programs. Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule. Coordinate between the System Architect(s), Chief Engineer(s), Product Team Lead(s), program manager(s), and customers to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 1 year of experience Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML/MBSE) This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen Current Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI and a Polygraph prior to start Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 4 years of experience Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle - Focus on SRR to CDR Demonstrated experience in systems development, integration, and test Demonstrated Requirements Management from Elicitation to Verification Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML/MBSE) Risk and Opportunity Management experience Experience leading technical teams This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen Current Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI and a Polygraph prior to start Experience working with CAMEO or other similar MBSE management tools Experience managing contracts of $10M+
