Job Description

Perform R&M allocations and predictions Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis Perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis Develop mission reliability analysis Support the development of teams in the investigation of issues Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Experience with Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Experience with maintainability demonstrations Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the R&M of assigned subsystems Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyze preliminary plans and develop reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of engineering experience OR Master's Degree in STEM and 3 years of engineering experience OR PhD with 1 years of engineering experience. Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering Degree Minimum 5 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Active, In scope DoD Top Secret or SCI clearance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 5 years of engineering experience OR Master's in STEM and 3 years OR PhD with 1 year (experience)
  • Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline (experience)
  • Ability to transfer and maintain final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) (experience)
