Support train-the-trainer to qualify others for content delivery Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of relevant work experience as an instructor/teacher or in electronics and/or electrical theory; Master's degree in a relevant field with 3 years of relevant work experience as an instructor/teacher or in electronics and/or electrical theory; 9 years of relevant work experience as an instructor/teacher or in electronics and/or electrical theory may be considered in lieu of degree requirement Experience developing instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, job aids, and related materials The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required U.S. citizenship required Experience with the Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating (ADDIE) learning systems Experience developing e-learning (e.g. computer-based, web-based training, online learning) that is delivered through digital media including Learning Management Systems (LMS), web, video, or mobile devices Experience teaching (will consider military experience) including designing and developing formal course curriculums, establishing workforce development training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the ISD process Experience managing a virtual classroom environment Experience in selecting appropriate instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstration-performance, problem-based learning, student-centered learning, and guided discussion Expertise in Microelectronics and Surface Mount Electronics Technologies IPC J-STD 001 Certified
