Experience as a Systems Engineer learning and applying some of the skills mentioned above for Modeling & Simulation Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and a Systems thinking mindset Written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating and delivering briefings and status reports Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an integrated product team (IPT) across multiple functional disciplines Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret Clearance with additional customer specified clearance prior to start Working knowledge of one or more of the following specialty areas of Targeting and EOIR/RF systems: sensors/antennas, transmitters/receivers, optics, detection and tracking Proficiency in additional coding languages, such as CUDA, SysML, VHDL, OpenCL, or other scripting languages Experience in qualitative assessment and analysis of complex algorithms Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology Experience working as part of an Agile team, familiarity with Jira is a plus Self-starter who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize and complete tasks within a dynamic environment Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
