Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 years of experience, Master's Degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience (experience)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 10 years of experience, Master's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience (experience)
• Demonstrated experience in a proposal or programs operations role (experience)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software tools and systems (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) (experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition, planning, organizing, and preparing of proposals to include style, formatting, and version control
• Support collaborative, engaged teams to develop, review, and submit proposals
• Establish and maintain a structured and communicative working environment(s)
• Maintain document library organization, version control of stored documents, and address any classification marking requirements
• Ensure proposal teams are successful in their responsibilities to the program in the areas of processes, procedures, training, communications, metrics, proposal tools, event logistics, and proposal review support
• Schedule and facilitate meetings to track proposal actions and status
• Support the final consolidation of proposal content across volumes (ie. risks, ground rules, and assumptions)
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of proposal schedules, internal and external processes, guidelines, policies, best practices, and review and delivery requirements
