Responsibilities
- Support proposal efforts, collaborate with SMEs for technical sections
- Edit customer deliverables (concepts of operations, design packages, etc.)
- Edit/review proposal content for accuracy, clarity, compliance
- Capture proposal language for technical management volumes
- Develop documents defining design, material, function, performance requirements
- Write/edit internal technical documents (SOPs, manuals, test plans)
- Collaborate with technical experts/SMEs
- Acquire subject knowledge through interviews, observation, research
- Conduct quality review of materials
- Research engineering data/technical manuals
- Develop and deliver presentations
