Level 2 - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating. Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines. Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting. Earned Value Management System (EVM) experience. Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel. Strong analytical ability. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. US citizenship is required. EVM experience related to DCAA and DCMA compliance. Experience with cost management software including Deltek Cobra. Experience with scheduling software including Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Experience with materials planning and management software including Deltek Costpoint and/or SAP. Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
