Manage PGS Portfolio revenue, profit, and cash performance. Manage a high-performance program team. Establishing and clearly communicating overall program objectives, mission, vision, and strategy - builds morale and supports team needs. Building and maintaining successful relationships with current and prospective customers and partners; coordinates and communicates effectively with functional leadership and teams. 6 years of experience required with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years of experience with a Master's Degree, supporting U.S. Government or commercial contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage the program team daily. Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, profit, and cash performance of programs. Program and project management skills and techniques including work breakdown structures, integrated master scheduling and earned value management. Demonstrated experience working with customers to ensure project success. Strong formal and informal communication skills with all levels of internal management and external partners. Ability to operate and lead in team environment with a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and resolve issues while teaching others to do the same. Ability to resolve disputes and negotiate with a positive outcome while maintaining good relationships with customers and within the organization Defense Industry and DoD contract experience strongly desired. Ability to manage risk to reduce likelihood and severity of program impacts. Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills. Must be a US Citizen Be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. Able to travel up to 15% of the time. Engineering or Finance background is strongly desired. Prior experience with large or medium caliber military armaments. A degree in a science, engineering, or a business program Experience in the aerospace/defense industry or within the Department of Defense or NASA PMP® certification Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies Active Security Clearance
