Job Description

Provides overall leadership of the International Co-Production portfolio, which encompasses established contracts in Saudi Arabia and Ukraine and multiple pursuits throughout all regions of the world. Responsible for profitable and on-time execution of existing contracts and capture of critical pursuits to further growth within the Co-Production portfolio. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and execute to meet financial objectives. Developing new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, capture planning, and development of proposals and business plans Establishing a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders Establishing design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Establishment and management of the program and subordinate baselines Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools Development and adherence to master plans and schedules Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years), OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries Prior experience in Co-Production pursuit, capture, and execution Three (3) years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager Five (5) years of demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance level Able to travel both internationally and domestically up to 25% of the time Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field Working experience supporting International contracts Prior experience with large or medium caliber military armaments, or related systems including development, transition to production, and production experience Demonstrated history of effective and productive customer relationships Experience with International Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) proposals/contracts
