Coordinate with engineering to decompose scope and develop the program's schedule baseline Work within a team environment consisting of program management, technical, production, financial and other supporting staff Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality Performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas Support on contract efforts and proposal schedule along with NCTA efforts Support delivery of an IPMDAR This position may be filled at a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst level or at a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst level Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience; a Master's degree with 1 year; or 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of degree (Principal level requires 5 years with a bachelor's; 3 years with a Master's; or 9 years with a HS diploma may be accepted in lieu of degree) Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance Requires experience working with Level 1 EV Requires experience working with Primavera Requires experience in Program Cost Analysis and Program Scheduling Requires experience with Schedule Analytics Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel(including Pivot tables, Vlook Up, VBA and/or Macros) Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience Experience with other EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6) Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment Experience in cost management Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) tools Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Experience working IPMDAR deliverable Experience working proposal schedules
