Must have 6 or more years of finance experience in lieu of degree. Will also consider a Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of experience; or Masters' degree in related field with 0 year of experience. Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheet applications and data bases (e.g. MS Excel and MS Power Point). Ability to extract, compile, document and analyze data. Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with others. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in order to meet deadlines. This position emphasized skills and experience. Must have 9 or more years of finance experience in lieu of degree. Will also consider a Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of experience; or Master' degree in related field with 3 years of experience. Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheet applications and data bases (e.g. MS Excel, and MS Power Point). Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with others. Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills. Independent self-starter and proactive contributor. Seeks to continually improve business processes and add value. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in order to meet deadlines. Organize deliverables in a clean and presentable format. Must be able to work onsite in Elkton, MD Prior team participation experience (professional/community/extracurricular) Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Experience in developing and delivering presentations and leading small groups Aerospace and/or DoD intern/working experience Knowledge of Earned value management systems (EVMS) Experience executing programs with contractual EVMS requirements. Prior Experience with Deltek financial applications (CostPoint, Cobra, OpenPlan, PM Compass). Responsible for the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Performs data gathering and analysis to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, preparation of expenditure projections, and submittal of timely requests for additional funding to the government. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following tasks:

Working with the program team to integrate project cost with scheduled activity. Assist in planning and forecasting program financial performance. Prepare future strategic plans.
