Ensures consistency in GSC processes and drafts work instructions and work flows, where applicable Acts as a GSC focal with various program IPTs and Sub IPTs Analyzes data and information to accurately build/present program-level leadership briefings focused on status and critical program milestones Assists with different GSC sustainment initiatives Integrates with various GSC functional organizations The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Candidate must be an effective communicator and will be expected to build relationships with broader GSC organization and across program IPTs. Experience using SAP, ERP or other related business software application Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company to meet its business needs. Principal Project Management (Level 3):
Must have Bachelor's with 5 years, Master's with 3 years or High School diploma/equivalent with 9 years' experience in the following:
Project Management, Program Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Management, Proposals, Program Scheduling, Price/Cost Analysis, Program Integration, or other Global Supply Chain related field Experience with Microsoft Office suite Experience using SAP, ERP or other related business software application Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company to meet its business needs. Experience in finance or accounting roles Proposal experience with reviewing and estimating various impacts Writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for labor hour impacts Previous experience with FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employee and management Special Program Access
