Bachelor's degree and a minimum 10 years of related experience or Masters Degree and 8 years of related experience Experience in a formal management/lead position Extensive CAM/P&L experience Management experience leading a technical and complex program effort. Experience developing and administering budgets and standards of performance Experience in developing and implementing technologies associated with production processes with efficient and sustainable implementation Master's degree or higher in engineering or related scientific discipline Experience standing up an organization and/or leading a major change initiative Active Top Secret clearance ICBM or complex aerospace systems experience Full lifecycle program execution experience Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience Design Engineering/Computer-aided Design (CAD) experience Prior experience interfacing with prime contractor site leads and USAF leadership personnel Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
