Responsibilities
- Responsible for PM&P Design discipline Section within SDS Design Engineering organization
- Provide career mentorship and operational support to Functional Home Room (FHR) team of Individual Contributors
- Personnel performance management, process familiarization/training, staffing of roles on projects
- Manage team of individual contributors supporting one or more programs
- Provide performance feedback, training, mentoring, coaching
- Support workforce planning, maintain skillsets
- Employee performance reviews, career development
- Support development/refinement of processes/tools
- Support proposal work, technical reviews, program standup, audits
- Support employee engagement, hiring, development, training, retention
- Provide technical support to Sentinel program: work with manufacturing/vendors on qualification, producibility, test issues
- Mentoring/coaching on technical issues
- Perform risk analysis, trade studies, process improvement, cost estimates
