This requisition represents multiple existing opportunities within our Mission Systems sector Business Management organization. If selected, the Senior Principal Program Cost Control Analyst will provide support within one of four divisions as determined by business need, candidate background, and experience. The Program Cost Analyst (PCA) partners with program managers, functional leads, cost‑account managers and business managers to deliver financial support and analysis that meet program needs. The role creates budgets and schedules for contract work, conducts funding‑profile, sales‑outlook, cash‑forecast and variance analyses, and manages Earned Value Management tasks—including WBS development, baseline budgeting, cost‑risk assessment and estimates‑to‑complete reporting. The PCA monitors contract costs and schedules against validated cost‑schedule control systems, ensures compliance with negotiated terms and government cost‑control guidelines, maintains accurate expenditure records, prepares projection reports, and submits timely funding requests. Additionally, the PCA supports audits, contributes to the Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan and Long‑Range Strategic Plan, and supplies financial data for internal reports and presentations such as IPRS, dashboards and BARs. Positions are contingent upon funding. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration such as Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management or Marketing, or a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Risk Management) with a minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, or a Master's degree in Business Administration or Business related degree with 6 years of related professional experience from an accredited institution. Will consider 12 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Earned Value Management. Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis. Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting). US Citizenship required. The ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance is required. Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP. A current/active DoD Secret clearance.
