Program/System Level role, part of Chief Architect Team within Directorate of Engineering. Identify and document System level interfaces, characteristics, and stakeholders. Perform interface requirements analysis to ensure descriptions are complete and ICD and IDD documentation reflects consensus of design teams. Interfaces between the segments of this highly-complex system that includes mature and emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 6 years of experience with Master's degree, 4 years of experience with PhD Demonstrated experience developing and managing physical, hardware, and software interfaces, specifical low-level protocols and API-based interfaces Experience developing and maintaining IDDs and ICDs, engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders Must have a strong understanding of Systems Engineering fundamentals through all SE phases Familiarity with model based engineering (SysML) This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen Current active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
