Support lab and flight testing Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, master's degree with 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. U.S Citizenship is required. A current / active DoD Secret Clearance is required Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP). 3 years of experience executing MATLAB scripts Experience with Agile software development (PI Planning, 2-week sprint cycles, etc.) Experience writing and running MATLAB scripts Experience working on design and development of Electronic Warfare (EW) platforms Experience with development of aircraft radar surveillance modes Familiarity with Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar platforms Familiarity with AESA Radar Tracking algorithms and Tracking architecture Active SAP Clearance
