Job Description

Requirement identification, review, and refinement based on knowledge of the program Integrated Product Teams' (IPTs) and Customer's test objectives, performance objectives, constraints, functional and performance requirements, and measures of effectiveness (MOEs) Requirement identification, review, and refinement based on knowledge of the system functions, performance, and interfaces Review requirements against standard quality criteria (i.e., feasible, verifiable, testable, unambiguous) Allocate system-level requirements to system-level test teams (i.e., lab, ground, flight). Update Integrated Test Plans/verification plans to reflect allocation decisions. Coordinate with IPTs, test teams, and the customer to maintain allocation integrity. Ensure requirement and test objective traceability to test location/environment Documentation of requirements verification planning. Verification planning will transition into verification execution which includes development and review of verification artifacts, requirement verification report generation, and management of the approval process Work in a collaborative environment, across all system functions. Work with teammates across a wide variety of disciplines and get intimately familiar with all aspects of the Sentinel Program, the missile, and NG process Systems Engineer:

Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 0 years with a master's degree Principal Systems Engineer:

Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree or 1 years with a PhD Experience working across program organizations to find solutions Test Engineering and Test Execution experience Systems Engineering experience Experience modeling with requirements management tools such as DOORS Experience with complex system development on large programs Experience with flight hardware Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written In scope (<5 years) Active DoD Top Secret Clearance Past/Active employment with MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems Experience with team leadership
