Schedule Risk Assessment Integrated Master Schedule review and analysis schedule recovery modeling and planning Major Program Event planning program Tableau Dashboards program analysis and monthly reporting Risk and Opportunity Management Significant internal and external customer interaction and presentations - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions - Paid Time Off - Health & Wellness Resources - Employee Discounts This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Experience driving supplier performance Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience with Active Risk Management portfolios >$50M factored risk 1 year of experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application or as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) Program Management experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry PMP Certificate Current Northrop Grumman CAM Certification Current Program Access Request (PAR) Experience managing people 3 years of experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application or as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) 2 years of ICBM experience Functional and/or Assignment manager experience Supplier Management experience Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple tasks Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations
