This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with knowledge in the fabrication, assembly, system integration, and testing of hardware. The candidate will be involved in authoring & creating Product Release Documents (PRD), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), Work Instructions, PPP & BTP packages. Work with and coordinate with Global Supply Chain to move installation packages and related engineering documents through process flow to drive material procurement. Assist in peer reviews of design releases to ensure first time quality. Interface with cross functional internal & external teams and stakeholders critical to system deployment and installation. Oversee and drive progress using metrics and lessons learned. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or in a manufacturing engineering related field Previous experience in production for a military program Previous experience on EMD projects Prior experience with Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) Experience working Designs into preproduction & production Experience with Siemens NX tools, Model based engineering, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Demonstrated experience using SAP, Windows software packages and other electronic databases
