The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience with Master's degree in a STEM discipline Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need 1+ years of experience with design and development of large mechanical systems 3+ years of experience with CAD modeling Active Sentinel Program SAP clearance 1+ years of formal experience leading a project and/or driving performance against cost and schedule in the Aerospace and Defense industry ICBM Experience Experience with NX CAD modeling software Experience with hydraulic systems Experience with subcontract management Control Account Manager training and/or experience managing programs or subcontracts in an Earned Value framework Strong understanding and broad application of engineering systems (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities Demonstrated experience in making sound decisions in uncertain and difficult situations Supporting the integrated planning of complex interdependent projects to support Sentinel program milestones, balancing prioritization of Engineering resources between competing projects and teams. Supporting a comprehensive risk and opportunity management program for the Infrastructure IPT. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of distinct customer communities, subcontractors, and industry partners.
