The Sentinel program has an exciting opportunity for a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer to join the team supporting activities including flight simulator development, GNC algorithm development and implementation, "test as you fly" test development, model verification and validation, and requirements validation. Work in multi-disciplinary teams to develop, verify, and validate a complex 6-degree of freedom missile flight simulator. Design and implement guidance, navigation, and control (GN&C) algorithms. Develop software tools for analyzing GN&C performance Conduct system performance assessments for performance against mission requirements. Perform GN&C system and accuracy analysis of flight tests. Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of experience with a Master's degree Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations Active Top-Secret Clearance Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS Experience modeling with Cameo Enterprise Architecture, MagicDraw (No Magic, Inc.) or other architecture modeling tools Experience with SysML, UML, or other modeling languages Experience using tools to model large systems with multiple developers Experience in Software and/or Hardware design Experience in documenting Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications, and Interface Description Documents
