Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. The selected engineer may be responsible for multiple tasks within requirements, verification, and interfaces for the Sentinel program from an EMI/EMC perspective. The engineer may be responsible for performing tasks dealing with interface definition, requirement decomposition, compliance tracking, verification planning and verification execution. This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03) or Sr. Principal Systems Engineer level (T-04). Principal Systems Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with Master's degree, 1 year with a PhD Experience using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Engineering Scheduling tools or applications Past/Active employment with MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems Experience with MIL-STD-464C Experience with MIL-STD-461G Experience with EMI/EMC Principles 4+ years of Systems engineering experience Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Experience with complex system development on large programs Experience with any of the following tools and languages:
DOORS, Cameo, Teamcenter, CPLM, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
125,000 - 185,000 USD / yearly
