The successful candidate oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Control Account management responsibilities, inclusive of:

Top level IMS and task management, Cost accounting and control, EAC management, Jira stories management, QBDs, internal tools, BOEs, Risk Management, and Variance Analysis Reporting. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; Master's degree and 3 years of related experience or PhD and 1 year of related experience. Proficient in Microsoft suite software use (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience creating metrics and managing projects via metrics. Current CAM certification. Experience with MS Project. Experience with Jira and Confluence; SCRUM master experience is also a plus. Experience on a DOD contract Business Management team.
