Job Description

Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing and/or assisting in financial analyses Preparation of expenditure projections Incorporating contractual changes into control systems Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required Participating in month-end cost reporting close activities Requires US Citizenship and an active U.S. Government DoD Secret Security Clearance Requires a bachelor's degree with 2 years of Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace and Defense Business-related experience; 1 year with a master's degree; or 6 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Requires experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool and/or Collaboration and Integration tools Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience Experience working in Deltek Cobra Strong analytical ability Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Required Qualifications
