Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2 years of relevant engineering experience, 0 years with a Master's. 2 years of experience with MS Office 2 years of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers 2 years of technical writing experience in school or work Current DoD Top Secret clearance Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and Subcontractor technical oversight experience 1 year of project management experience
