Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process. Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready. Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals. Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments. Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval. Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure. Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely. Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 2 years of experience; 0 years with Master's Must be a US Citizen with have an Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and adjudicated within the past 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. 1 year of experience with MS Office 6 months of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers. 6 months of technical writing experience in school or work. Current DoD Top Secret clearance Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and Subcontractor technical oversight experience 1 year of project management experience.
