Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop rigorous and proper systems engineering and design artifacts. Work with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature WS design of a large program. Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model. Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical). Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. SentinelSystems Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's degree or 4 year with a PhD. An additional 4 years of direct CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree. Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 2+ years' experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems 2+ years' experience in developing and executing Systems Engineering process governance documentation in a DoD Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase 1+ years' experience in team environments with technical leadership responsibilities 2+ years' experience in creating, updating, and maintaining requirements specifications in DOORS 2+ years' experience on large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production. 2+ years' experience in creating, updating, and maintaining Model-Based Systems Engineering products Familiar with SE events (e.g., PDR, CDR) Experience using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and Power Point Experience resolving issues and providing technical support Capable of working with minimal direction and in team environments. Experience leading SE events (e.g., PDR, CDR) Strong understanding and broad application of complex engineering systems (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) for the development of complex systems of systems. Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities. Familiar with Teamcenter/CPLM Experience with Agile Experience with SE events (e.g., PDR, CDR)
