Ensure appropriate coordination between SEIT and other integration teams Participate in technical planning, verification and validation development, cost and risk considerations, and requirements analyses for integrated systems - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions - Paid Time Off - Health & Wellness Resources - Employee Discounts This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. SentinelSystems Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's degree or 4 year with a PhD. An additional 4 years of direct CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree. Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 3 years of working experience on ICBMs 3 years of Systems Engineering experience 2 years of DOORS or related experience 1 year of experience with interface products (IRS, IDD, ICD) and requirement specifications Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and Systems Thinking mindset Experience with creating and executing to schedule & technical recovery plans Strong work ethic and the ability to work self-sufficiently Experience working across program organizations to find solutions Excellent decision making and communication (written and oral) skills Experience with team leadership/management Past/Active employment with MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems Experience contributing towards various phases of a program lifecycle Experience contributing towards various phases of the Systems Engineering “V” lifecycle Experience with developing architectural diagrams Earned Value Management experience Risk Management experience
