Demonstrated ability to partner cross-IPT/cross-discipline within a team. 4+ years of Experience with one or more of the following:

C2, physical security, cybersecurity, communications systems, facility design, military aerospace development Active DoD Top Secret Clearance ICBM experience Communication and leadership skills and experience leading small teams in a dynamic work environment Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production Experience with technical reviews for large scale and complex system development Experience with implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods
