Primary role of this position will be interfacing with SRCI (Standard Request for Change Information team) and the Supplier Management Teams (SMTs) in their day-to-day interactions with suppliers supporting AVE IPT. This interaction will provide leadership insight into current issues and resolutions, as well as forecasts or roadblocks to schedules and supply chain issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in the intricacies of global supply chain and supply management teams. This position will provide technical problem-solving experience for the greater teams to meet organizational objectives. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. 12 Years with Bachelor's in Science; 10 Years with Masters; 8 Years with PhD. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need. Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in an aerospace or military aviation Manufacturing Engineering role or similar role. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools including CPLM, SAP, MES or other related applications. Experienced interfacing with Supplier Management Team RCI disposition experience Influence & drive engineering compliance ICBM experience Supported a missile production program Proficient in creating MASC's (Manufacturing Assembly Sequence Charts) Experience creating CDRL /MFG plans Experienced leading and mentoring Experienced creating Technical Documentation Exceptional organizational skills Driving Configuration Management
