EVM Analysis and Reporting:
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to project costs, schedules, and performance. Prepares and presents comprehensive EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts. Identifies potential cost and schedule risks, issues, and recommends corrective actions. Ensures compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and company procedures. Maintains the integrity of the EVMS and ensures its proper implementation. Provides guidance and training to project teams on EVM principles and best practices. Assists in the development and maintenance of programmatic budgets and financial plans. Participates in financial auditing and assessment of completed projects. Collaborates with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams. Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 12 years of related experience; 10 years with a master's degree; 8 years with a PhD; or 16 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree Requires of 8 years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) or financial/program analysis Requires experience supporting DoD contracts and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Requires experience with ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and government reporting requirements Requires experience with Deltek Cobra, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other EVM tools. Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel(including Pivot tables, Vlook Up, VBA and Macros) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools Extensive experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6) 3 or more years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling Extensive experience in subcontractor compliance with EVM requirements which includes the integration of subcontract data into the prime contractor's EVMS and analyzing performance metrics to identify and address potential issues Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
