The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelors in Science in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field and at least 8 years of related experience; OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need 1+ years experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of large government technical statements of work 1+ years of experience in leading System Safety Working Groups (or equivalent) focused on Customer Review of Hazard Analysis Direct experience in leading system safety technical teams on large complex systems 1+ years experience driving performance against schedule 1+ years experience with mentoring and development of personnel 1+ years experience with agile project management using jira, confluence, or equivalent tools Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language Experience with MIL-STD-882E products such as a System Safety Program Plan, Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Functional Hazard Analysis or Hazard Analysis Reports Weapon System Experience (Minuteman III or similar military or industry experience) Experience with C/C++, Java, object oriented design, or similar experience Experience with launch systems, range testing, and/or AFSPCMAN 91-710 Model Based Systems Engineering experience using DOORS, Cameo, CPLM or related systems Familiarity with OSHA standards Active Top Secret clearance with investigation in the last 6 years Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
