Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field and at least 8 years of related systems engineering experience 1 year experience in budgeting or managing Cost Accounts. 1 year experience performing Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Enhanced Clearance Level(s) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experience briefing high level leadership on complex issues. Understanding Risk Management (identification and development of risks) and driving risk mitigations to closure. Experience in engaging with the intelligence community, utilizing databases, and performing research and analysis. Experience with Program Protection and Supply Chain Risk Management. Experience with Systems-Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-Sec) Active Top-Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years and ability to obtain SAP access. Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
