Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management Integration of IP based devices into networks architecture. Will also support configuration, troubleshooting of devices / network Work within and across teams to support and coordinate daily integration activities Execute root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues Coordinate integrated testing activities. Oversee test activities in support or requirement verification and validation. Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience with VMWare NSX-T, Tanzu, Kubernetes. Experience with the creation and deployment of system images in an enterprise environment Experience with Atlassian tool suite (such as Jira and/or Confluence) Experience with Certification & Accreditation process and patch management Current Top Secret clearance
