Job Description

Lead a diverse subset of teams that spearhead SEIT's Weapon System Integration (WSI) cross-segment integration activities for the Sentinel Program. This role will be responsible for three separate teams at the WS-level:

Operational Scenarios, Electrical Design Integration (EDI), and Core WSI. Each team has a piece of system-wide integration scope and assesses systems engineering and design compatibilities to balance requirement definition, influence design space/decisions, and control analyses to ultimately ensure full-lifecycle capability effectiveness. These teams are also empowered to establish or revise process, governance, and program integration activities to elevate multi-tiered, cross-discipline technical rigor. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of relevant experience Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be currently Special Access Program cleared 3+ years of experience leading integration activities on a multi-tiered, cross-disciplined program 5+ years of engineering experience supporting various phases of program lifecycles (proposal activities; any phase of EMD i.e. requirements/architecture definition, IFC, design, test, V&V; operations; sustainment; prototyping; etc. 3+ years of engineering experience across multiple disciplines (i.e. design, systems engineering, software, manufacturing, etc) Experience with processing products through programmatic boards such as CCB, TRB, joint boards, etc DoD TS Clearance Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across disparate organizations without direct organizational authority Experience working across program organizations to find solutions Primary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
