The candidate should have experience in leading and coordinating a team through challenging software development or systems engineering activities. The manager must guide their team utilizing an Agile development approach with tasks including decomposition of requirements into agile features, software design, coding, testing, integration, and systems test to deliver enhanced secure capabilities. Leveraging strong communication and people leadership skills across their team, upwards to program leadership, and with customer-facing meetings and presentations.
