Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or related field) with 10 years of computer experience, or a master's degree in computer science or comparable technical area with 5 years of computer experience. Two years of experience in class room instruction (full or part time) at a work-site, high school, or college level. Knowledge of curriculum design using methodologies such as ADDIE This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen. Working knowledge in two of the following languages:
C++, C, Java, HTML/XML, Fortran Working knowledge of Linux Operating Systems such as Redhat or AlmaLinux Working knowledge of command line tools such as editors, compilers, and shell language Military or civilian experience with Command and Control systems Experience with development of programs with graphical user interfaces Experience with migration and update of large scale systems Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Linux+/LPI/RHEL certified engineer Certified Military (Navy, Army, USAF) Instructor with programming experience. Primary Level Salary Range: $95,800.00 - $143,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $119,200.00 - $178,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
