Must have a bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field AND 9 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master's degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience Experience with wind tunnel model testing Experience managing or leading an engineering team Must have a have a current active DoD Secret Clearance to start Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Familiarity with EVMS and CAM responsibilities 5+ years direct hands-on experience with test and mechanical design Model design experience and a skilled user of CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks or CATIA 5+ years of experience with Stress Analysis Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills Certified CAM training Experience with and understanding of complete cradle-to-grave wind tunnel testing cycle, interfaces, and integrations from model design, wind tunnel data analytics and design, and instrumentation system designs.
