Candidate must have, and be able to maintain, at least ONE of the following active Minimum of 10 years administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5/6/7/8 servers and workstations Minimum of 10 years installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux server applications (i.e. Samba, NFS, Chrony, Web servers, Databases) Active SCI Clearance and current Privilege User Meets DOD IAT requirements for security certs or be in the process of obtaining one. (i.e. CISSP, Security+ certification) Solid understanding of computer networking (OS configuration, Network switches, Firewalls, CISCO IOS) Experienced in the implementation of CMMC/DFARS/RMF/DOD Security Controls on Linux and Windows operating systems (i.e. Windows SHB and RHEL SSG builds) Extensive experience installing, configuring, and operating VMWare and KVM virtualization environments Advanced knowledge building, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting IT systems hardware (i.e. Workstations, Servers, Storage appliances, network switches, rack & stack) Strong understanding of DevSecOps tools and practices (i.e. Configuration Management, Atlassian Tool Suite, etc.) Advanced working experience with scripting languages and automation, such as bash, ansible, and/or powershell Extensive experienced with SAN/NAS hardware (i.e. NetApp, Linux and Windows file servers, storage appliances) Proven experience working with vendors in the identification of new hardware/software technologies to meet program requirements Adept at Performing Backups and Restores using COTS and Open-Source tools to implement a disaster recovery plan (Windows and Linux) Strong understanding of program hardware/software environment to calibrate the customer cyber controls to meet operational requirements Strong written and verbal communications skills required to explain / write justifications for non-compliance items to Cyber, program, and customer entities
