Job Description

Support any stage of the aircraft system life cycle activity such as preliminary design studies, primary design analysis, and integrated system design analysis. Designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful integration of payloads. Support the program manager with cost, schedule, and supplier management. Sr. Principal Electronic Warfare System (EWS) Engineer (T04):

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 8 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 6 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering. Active DoD Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) required to start. Knowledge of Electronic Warfare and/or Electromagnetic principles Knowledge/experience in Systems Engineering Effectively demonstrate understanding of fundamental RF principles Excellent communication skills for both in-person and written content Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly and independently Demonstrated history of personnel development and successful team engagement Experience engaging directly with internal and external technical and programmatic representatives Interest in and track record of providing successful mentorship Top Secret, SCI, and/or SAP accesses
