To be considered for this role, you must have all of the below qualifications:

Master's Degree with 6 years of IT experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of IT experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of IT experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of IT experience Must have a Security+ CE (or another DOD 8570 IAT level II certification); maintaining the required certification will be a condition of continued employment Must have Linux Operating Systems support experience Linux Workstation and Server management experience is required Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered Applicants with the below experience will receive preferential consideration:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a Security+ CE, a RHCSA, and 10 years of Linux Server Administration experience, to include Red Hat Satellite management and Ansible open-source software tool experience in a classified environment Experience operating under, and managing systems within, NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments Understanding of basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs Cisco experience and/or certifications Windows server management experience Windows Active Directory, VMWare, and/or knowledge of NFS storage systems VMWare experience with current version Knowledge of environmental monitoring tools (HBSS/PRTG/Splunk) Scripting (Powershell) experience Experience with the creation and deployment of system images in an enterprise environment Experience with Certification & Accreditation process and STIGs Active Top Secret is preferred
