Job Description

Responsible for development, production, and/or sustainment planning & execution Manage Product Support program deliverables to ensure on-time compliance. Develop new Product Support business and expand the existing support of the product line with the Customer or Program Office. Provide field customer training in a classroom environment, as required by the contract Prepare Product Support content for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and other reviews Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years or Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related Product Support/repair management/operations/supply chain experience Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate with cross-functional teams internally and with Customers externally Ability to drive problem resolution to complex technical challenges Ability to understand technical requirements, their impact on Product Support elements, and provide recommendations on complex programs Must be proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated presentation skills to management to include program status and program reviews for both internal and external customers U.S. Citizen Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret Clearance with additional customer specified clearance prior to start. Demonstrated experience with all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements with emphasis on project management of new hardware and software systems Experience leading product development, production, or sustainment programs Knowledge of government contracting requirements and proposal process Primary Level Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
