Basic Qualifications for a Principal Mission Assurance Analyst (A03) is a Bachelors degree (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree) with 5 years of experience OR a Masters with 3 years of experience OR a PhD with 1 year of experience. Principal Mission Assurance Analyst (A04) is a Bachelors degree (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree) with 8 years of experience OR a Masters with 6 years of experience OR a PhD with 4 year of experience. Both Active DoD Secret Security Clearance awarded or reviewed in the last 6 years, with ability to obtain PAR Experience with quality management systems to support program processes, audits, and/or improvements. Proven ability effectively communicates with technical and non-technical personnel in both written and verbal formats. Demonstrated ability prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with attention to detail. Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering practices or Manufacturing floor experience including inspections. Reviews of drawings, Statement of work, and requirements traceability documents. Experience in processing, monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments Experience with manufacturing, quality controls, inspection and/or non-conformance controls. Test experience with writing test procedures and executing test plans. Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $152,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
