Must have 8 Years Experience with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or in-lieu of degree with 12 years of experience Experience must be in the following:

Subcontracts, Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, Business Management or Project Management Working knowledge in SAP or related business application software Working knowledge of FAR / DFARS or Business Law Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company Master's degree in Business, Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Government Acquisitions or similar Negotiating skills with contracts in excess of $50 million Experience conducting written and oral presentations to senior leadership Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or training Experience in Risk Mitigation Experience in Change Management In-Scope DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted or renewed within the past 6 years
