Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all specifications and allocations are clearly understood and integrated into the project plan. Utilize IBM Rational DOORS for managing and tracing specifications, ensuring traceability from high-level requirements to detailed system components. Participate in requirements verification and validation activities to ensure all government specifications are met. Develop and maintain Verification Cross Reference Matrices to ensure traceability between requirements and verification activities. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of specification reviews, allocation processes, system tree decomposition, and verification activities. Provide training and support to team members on government specification requirements, system decomposition, verification processes, and cross-reference matrix development best practices. Ensure all systems engineering practices comply with regulatory and company standards, including any updates or changes in government specifications. STEM degree -- 8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role, with a focus on requirements definition and management. Must be a US citizen and have the capability to receive and hold a Secret clearance Strong experience with IBM Rational DOORS for requirements management. Proven ability to define and allocate requirements in complex systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
