Generate, review, and manage multiple requirements sets that cover all aspects of both performance and nonperformance including mechanical interfaces, electrical interfaces, data requirements, environmental requirements, and reliability. Work with various Agile teams to ensure all requirements are verified through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or test often by providing test and data reduction scripts. Facilitate test directions to ensure production tests and troubleshooting tests are executed correctly and resulting data conforms to requirements. Develop simulation models for sensors and systems. Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 8+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 5+ years experience or a PhD and 3+ years of engineering experience. Software requirements development Requirements development, Test Case development, Verification and Validation i.e. experience running tests and documenting results Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within a timeframe set forth by management Ability to work onsite full-time at Woodland Hills, CA Excellent written and oral communication skills Collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience supporting test investigations and debugging efforts Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and technical baseline management Experience with working in an engineering Agile team Experience with JIRA Systems Engineering experience on large, complex systems Lab and system integration experience Excellent time management, organizational skills Understanding and experience with Model Based Systems Engineering and Cameo modeling (or equivalent) Experience with ClearQuest / ClearCase
