Bachelors' degree and 8 years related experience or Master's and 6 year related experience Demonstrated competency in desktop and publishing applications, should include the following:

Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Demonstrated competency with Adobe Acrobat Suite Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Corel Designer Suite Ability to interpret simple schematic circuits, proofing/editing, print production and fine attention to detail U.S. Citizen Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret Clearance with additional customer specified clearance prior to start Demonstrated competency in at least one of the following:

FrameMaker, XML, or Arbortext Editor Experience with Mil Standards (Air Force, Navy, or Army)
