Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle. Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule. Coordinate between the System Architect, Chief Engineer, Product Team Lead(s), program manager, and customer to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience. Experience facilitating internal and customer collaboration to capture and enhance engineering artifacts. Knowledge of Circuit Card Assembly product life cycle. Demonstrated experience with the full product life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, and test) Demonstrated Requirements Management from Elicitation to Verification. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary US Government security clearance per customer's requirements An active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph Advanced Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields Demonstrated experience and knowledge in design, development, creation, and modification of digital logic designs implemented in FPGA, or ASIC solutions. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in simulation and verification of Digital Logic designs, requirements, and supporting validation at the system level. Experience with ASIC Specification generation and verification. Multi-Disciplinary Engineering exposure (Software, Hardware, Electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally. Experience leading technical teams. Demonstrated Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML). Experience with Earned Value Management Knowledge of Systems Engineering processing from generation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) to Work Product Breakdown into Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the development of complex systems of systems.
